Huawei Watch GT2e Singapore price revealed. Pre-order now for a special gift bundle.
Huawei is adding a new watch to its GT 2 series lineup with the Watch GT 2e, aimed at sports enthusiasts. The watch comes with a 1.39-inch AMOLED HD display and runs on a Kirin A1 chip which boasts an impressive battery life of up to 2 weeks.
Other features of the watch includes sleep monitoring, stress monitoring, and blood oxygen level measurements.
The Huawei Watch GT2e does not run on Google’s Wear OS but rather Huawei’s own platform. That might be a good thing considering that the state of WearOS isn’t particularly good even with the best hardware.
Two colour options will be available: Lava Red and Mint Green. The watch will retail for S$218 on Lazada and Shopee (links go live at midnight 21 Apr).
Pre-orders take place 21 to 24 April, and all pre-orders will come with a gift bundle containing a Huawei body fat scale and a Huawei orange watch strap, worth $106.
The watch will be available from 25 April onwards from Lazada, Shopee, and other authorised retailers.
Huawei is also offering other special deals for Mother’s Day on other items. These include the Huawei nova 5T and Huawei P40 series of smartphones, its FreeBuds 3 earphones, and its MediaPad M5 Lite and MediaPad T5 tablets. Details of these deals will be in a separate article.
