Xiaomi’s brand new Mi Note flagship will be launching in Singapore in the second quarter of this year. The Mi Note, which rivals the iPhone 6 Plus and Samsung Galaxy Note 4, is Xiaomi’s first flagship-grade phablet. It was announced in January alongside the Mi Note Pro, a more beefed-up version of the phablet.

Here are the key specs:

– 5.7” Sharp/JDI Full HD display
– 3D curved Gorilla Glass 3 with metal frame
– Snapdragon 801 2.5GHz, Adreno 330, 3GB RAM
– Sony 13MP camera f/2.0, optical image stabilisation (OIS)
– 4MP front camera with large 2-micron pixels
– 24-bit/192kHz Hi-Fi audio system for true sound representation
– Dual 4G SIM (micro/nano), Dual Standby
– 3000mAh lithium-ion battery, Quick Charge 2.0

While Xiaomi has confirmed that the Mi Note will be available in Singapore in the second quarter of 2015 – that’s some time between April to June – the Mi Note Pro’s availability is listed as “to be confirmed”. The Pro version comes with a Snapdragon 810 instead of a 801, and a QHD display instead of FHD. The Mi Note is already retailing in China for a starting price of CNY 2,299, which is roughly S$498, for the 16GB model. The 64GB model will cost about $100 more.
