We’re now live at the Surface Pro 3 launch event in Singapore

We’re down at the Red Dot Museum in Singapore where Microsoft is about to showcase their latest tablet-ultrabook hybrid, the Surface Pro 3, after giving the Surface Pro 2 a complete miss. It’s dubbed the tablet that can replace your laptop, and it’s a pretty good deal at roughly $1500 SGD for the i5 128GB version (plus type cover), and we can’t wait to get our hands on it over at the event. Microsoft Singapore to hold Surface Pro 3 event, Xbox One and WP8.1 to appear

Microsoft Singapore has just sent out invites to media partners for the Surface Pro 3 launch preview event in Singapore. Just announced last month, the Surface Pro 3 is Microsoft’s third attempt at redefining the PC and tablet.

HTC launches One (E8) – a plastic M8 with a better camera

Not the best move HTC, I must say. Exactly two months ago, HTC launched their brilliant HTC One (M8) with a 90% metal body, the faster processor, superb UI and dazzling display. Problem is, it took the 4 MP UltraPixel gamble again, and failed. Again. Now HTC has released the One (E8), with a polycarbonate body, but a 13 MP camera.
